It has been one of the major concerns for all the companies across the world to make sure that they actively have a participation in he process of corporate governance. It is in the presence of this issue that the companies are actually working towards the society and are actually putting in efforts to make sure that they are making the society better in some way or the other. Other than this, corporate governance plays an active role when the higher authorities regarding the contribution done towards the society by each company do the determination of the whole scenario. Apart from this, these efforts, which are being put is basically due to the fact that the whole aspect regarding the companys growth greatly depends upon how most of the matters related to same has been effective enough for the world to get noticed. One of the major examples has been the situation where one of the leading mobil e manufacturers, Samsung, was involved in the process of having no proper corporate governance. For this reason, the company had to face certain charges and had to make sure that hey actively participate in the process of corporate governance. (VU, 2012) Motivation The main aspect is to why this situation has been raised in the first place where corporate governance is actually taking so much of attention. This is because it should be noted that in the initial yeas of the service provided by the company, the products are bought by the locals only and also subsidies are given to these companies in the best possible manner so that the company would be able to perform its activities in the best possible manner, without thinking much about how the sales would be and whether the company would be making profits enough to continue its activities. This is one of the major reasons as to why subsidies are being provided by the government of different countries to this mobile manufacturer. Therefore, this has been one of the major reasons to consider for a fact that Corporate Governance plays an active role in the journey or the course of business for these companies. Hence, it should be said that as the society is helping the company in so many ways, by providing subsidies and forming the base for the customers, the company should make sure that it is working towards the society in a better way to make it an efficient and productive economy in the best possible manner. (Srinidhi, 2014) Literature Review The journal regarding the same can be found on the Internet where the issue related corporate governance as faced by Samsung in most of the countries has been published. For this reason, many companies have been working towards their own responsibility of corporate governance as per the requirement across the globe. (Samsung, 2007) Argument It should be argued that being one of the leading mobile makers across the world, Samsung should be responsible enough to make sure that they do not lead to a situation where the company has to face any sort of an issue, which is related to corporate governance. This corporate governance is not as appropriate as it seems to be in the first place, because it greatly depends upon the objective as to why it is being executed in the first place. Therefore, it should be noticed that the activities relating to corporate governance should be reported by the authorities in the best possible manner and hence, should be given importance so that all the effective decisions are taken with a justified situation. Justification towards the activities of these manufacturers has been as per the required aspects of the company and other leading situations where the company has to make sure that they working effectively towards the society so that it turns out to be a better economy in the long run. (P ace University, 2001) Hypothesis Given the whole scenario, corporate governance is an important aspect, not only because the company is getting subsidy but also because of the fact that in most cases, all the companies should involve itself in order to have an effective scenario or the economy so that proper actions can be taken by the government of the country. The hypotheses testing is to be done effectively so that as the company would be able to make sure that their respective part towards the governance has been actually measured and applied as per the necessary rules and regulations. Therefore, the government of the country should effectively accept this hypothesis as it leads to the whole situation of making sure that these companies have actively taken participation in the process of effectively accepting corporate governance as per the needs and requirements of the economy. Apart from this, the whole situation has been for a fact that the company will have to make sure that as per the requirements of the ec onomy, it is significant in most of the cases to make sure that these hypotheses are real and effective and have been significant enough for some of the major aspects, which are to be realized as per the rules and regulations as given by the government in regard of the same. (Qiong, 2009) Research Method After having discussion regarding the hypotheses aspect for the company, it should be observed that a research method is to be adopted by the company regarding the same. It is important that they hypotheses, which are being belonged in the current scenario, should be effective enough for the company to derive on to the conclusion as to how these aspects are to be generalized in terms of the effectiveness as per the rules and regulations given by the company. Apart from this, the research method should be just in nature and should not have any situations where the company would be able to make sure that the whole aspect of hypotheses has been effective enough for the government and other process of leading the whole situation in the best possible manner. In the current case, it can be said that Samsung has been effectively involved in the process of having the best corporate governance as the method adopted by it has been approved by the government of the country. For most of the countries, these processes are actually as per the need of the society. The company is being actively involved regarding the need of how the companies would lead to the whole situation of making sure that general process of corporate governance should be as per the rules and regulations as mentioned in the economy. Hence, it can be said that the research method for all the companies may vary, but the ultimate conclusions has been per the rules and regulations of the government. For this reason, the government has been putting in so much of efforts to make sure that all these companies, especially the ones getting subsidies from it, should be contributing towards the process of effective corporate governance as it would be aiding the whole society and the eco nomy in the best possible manner. Therefore, it should be said that the research method takes an active role in the determination of how the company is going to perform its activities in respective of corporate governance. Therefore, it can be said that the corporate governance in regard of the research method, which has to be adopted should be effective enough for both the company and the government and it would be aiding every aspect regarding the same. (Samsung, 2014) Conclusion Corporate governance plays an active role in the determination of the whole process as to how and in what manner the company would be conducting its future sales. If the company has bee good towards the society and has been contributing effectively towards the same, it is obvious that the company would be making sure that they are helping the society in some way or the other. That is what corporate governance means and if that is not being fulfilled by the management of the company, the government will have to take up serious decisions regarding the company in its economy. Therefore, the corporate governance, especially for the companies, which have got the subsidies from the government should make sure that they are being actively involved in this process as it would be aiding the economy itself in the best possible way so that the companies are being able to survive in the economy as per their respective needs and scenarios.
